SMRT

Mom spent almost 2 hours on the phone last night with Dish Network "Advanced Tech Support" because one of the new Smart Cards that came in the mail was no so Smart. It was only SMRT. She lost her good humor somewhere after the first hour. Me and Grayson akshully saw it leave!

But I'm still kyoot, so I'm helping put her back in good humor and trying to make her forget that she didn't help us visit anybuddy, she didn't do any Facebook at all, she didn't talk to her sisters and she missed American Idol. How'm I doin'?

♫ Ba da, da da, da da, da...Feelin' Groovy! ♫

PS: Is anybuddy else not having their scheduled posts publish? We think we are being picked on by Blogger BIG time.

26 friends chimed in...:

  1. That's great of the two of you to look out for your mom. So far, no problems with my blog posting.

  5. Mum gets worried when she has to deal with anything that has 'smart', 'clever', 'simple' etc in the name. She finds them the hardest to use easily!

We have scheduled posts the last couple of weeks, and think they have all come up when they are meant to. One thing we have noticed in our bloglist is that some blogs don't show as having been updated, and then appear down the list 4 or 5 hours later. Yours does this, and so does Daisy's. We have to go through our list to check for ones that have sprung up.

  6. Dad says that our scheduled posts are going up OK but a couple of our followers have trouble getting them automatically. We hope that your mom gets the Dish network thing fixed We have that other company that brings Direct TV into the house.

  8. Mum knows all about advanced tech support from when AOL messed her innernets up last year. It took nearly 2 months of pulling her hair out before they finally got it right.
We schedule most posts for a minute after midnight and they all have worked okay.We do our Friday Flashbacks at the beginning of the week and they are ok as well.

  9. Yikes! I hate talking on the phone almost as much as I hate being put on hold - so that sounds awful. You look really cute, though, Gandalf - I'm sure you helped distract her :)

I've been doing OK on scheduled posts, but I know BeadedTail (Sharla) was having problems with it too - so it's not just you.

No, my published times are doing okay. I've noticed that Blogger does weird things from time to time. I try not to get cranky because it's free, but sometimes.

Have a purrfect day. Big hug to Barb. :)
