Tattletale Tuesday

Tattletale Tuesday

Ash says he like to do his thinking from his chair. As you can see, we like the table!

Since we are doing a Tattletale Tuesday, we thought we should do a tattletale on ourselves, too. Yesterday some of you wondered if we ever spilled Mom’s wine… Yes, but only once, and it was akshully our Nana’s fault. Let us explain.

As you know, we cats are all very gifted athletes. Not only do we have Super Power hearing and vision, we also have exceptional leaping skills, even onto very small or very crowded areas. Well, our Nana has many chotchkies on the table where Nana and Grampy watch TV – a small lamp, a blood pressure cuff, notebook and paper, the day’s paper, Grampy’s crossword puzzle, a flashlight, the TV remote, a calendar, Mom and Nana’s wine glass, Grampy’s soda can… all kinds of krap!

There is barely room for one Gray Boy, let alone two, but somehow we always manage to squeeze in!

Well, this one time our Nana thought we were going to tip over the wine and she grabbed for the glass… and knocked it over. Nana still blames us. Her argument is that if we weren’t so close to the glass she wouldn’t have gotten nervous about us knocking it over. We think you can see the truth of it.

And now for a little Show and Tell. Well, mostly tell. Yesterday lots of you asked how we did that animated gif. Mom uses several different photo editors, and yesterday she used a neat little photo editor named Photoscape. It does all sorts of wonderful things! But best of all, it does them all for Free. Mom loves Free. Free is very, very good. Mom also did the reflection in today's photo with Photoscape. We think you should go download it right now and start playing with it. Well... right after you comment! hahaha!

Have a careFree photo-editing day!

32 friends chimed in...:

  5. Free is good - but we are pretty sure Mommy isn't savvy enough to figure that out! HaHaHaHaHa!
You boys have a dining room table that looks a lot like ours!

  6. Haha! Lot's of tattle tales today. I will tattle tale Eric now. Once he knocked over half a bottle of red wine. He said it was dad's fault not his because dad had put the bottle beside the sofa where he couldn't see it. When he jumped off dad's lap he landed on it. Mum said bad words to dad because she had red carpet and red splattered Eric.

  7. Your Nana needs to make more room on the table for you guys...

We're gonna check out Photoscape cuz we thought that was purrty cool...mom's not very good technically though...we'll try to help her!

  8. I agree...that wasn't your fault at all...the humans should keep that table clean for you!

  9. If we had enough memory left on our computer we would download it right away as the Mommy would love it, but alas the Daddy says no more downloading. So the Mommy will have to continue to dream about it.

It was all your Nana's fault you knocked the glass over we are sure. ~S,S,C & F

  13. We're gonna ty the gadjit!

We think Nana should take responsibility for spilling her own wine and not blame you 2! Had she had one too many? Tee hee!

  14. That chair story sounds like our uncles too (both of them!) And the wine story sounds like something our grandma would do.

We love the photo today and will definitely check out that editor - as you know, Mom likes to mess with our photos!

  17. You Grey Boys are good at telling on your selves! We love the picture and Mom has started playing with Photoscape. Maybe she can learn more tricks. You know how hard it is to teach old Mom's new tricks!

  18. You two are just the best. I don't think it was your fault about the wine either. Just saying.

Have a purrfect day. Big hug to Barb. :)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Jeez, sounded like it was obviously her fault for under estimating you... sigh.

  20. Oh and the Woman says there is no way she'd ever go back to blogger. She loves wordpress. Of course we do have our own domain and use our own wordpress which is probably more stable than WP.com. But it's so much more functional than blogger!

  21. I got up on the table all the time! The red wine at our house accidentally got knocked over onto a wool area rug right in the middle of watching a movie. So the movie had to get stopped, the lights turned up and they spent about an hour scrubbing the wine out of the carpet. Oopsie.

  22. Accidents happen, especially at our house too. With two cats and the climbing on anything and everything they can, sometimes things get broken, but I love them all the same. You always have wonderful photos Barb.

Gandalf and Grayson, it has been awhile as I have been out of the loop, I hope you two and your humans had a wonderfur Easter. God bless.

  23. I have to agree ... I'm more of an on-the-table thinker as opposed to on-the-chair. And I don't think it's your fault at all that your Nana over-reacted and spilled her own wine.

  24. Yikes! We wondered why why this thought was getting bigger, then it hit us. Your mom's a geek.
She does great photo graphics that only a true geek could do.

  27. Hi G&G! I don't know how I missed that you boys started blogging again! I was following your Mom's blog.

Mommy feels kinda silly she missed this!! Cause we really missed you!

  28. Poor Uncle Allen. I'm sure he'll never live that story down.

  29. I'm glad that you are back blogging again. I always enjoy your stories. The beans always like to blame us kitties when they turn something over, don't they?

Mom is still trying to learn Photoscape, but she is a little slow if you know what I mean.
